Art Club Ideas?So as some of you guys know I'm a preschool teacher and this year I'm running the school's after school Art Club, called 'Creation Station'. I have fairly young kids, between Kindergarten and 3rd grade. What we're doing is real art and creative projects: we learned about Eric Carle and made collage the way he does, then we took a look at Jackson Pollack and made a giant splatter-painting and this week we looked at Picasso and made ugly self-portraits. We also did color mixing, experimenting with mixing different colours together, mixing black or white into colors and discussing the changes, etc.Art Club Ideas? by YamPuff
So what I'd like to ask all is: do you have any ideas? I have a list of things I'd like to do but I'm always interested in hearing new, cool ideas! Were you ever in an art class or had an awesome art teacher? Do any projects stand out in your mind?
Just to clarify I'm not really doing arts and crafts so I'm not really looking into, like, making ladybugs out paper plates or that kind of thi
First impressions of Wii U + Meeting my idolWhats up guys, before I start talking about Wii U, just a quick update on what happened yesterday. I like drawing stuff and listening to music, lots of music. Can't play a darn thing though, ain't that a shame? I also like playing Touhou, eating good food, texting, and playing SSBB when my hands aren't bothering me. I haven't been kind to them the past years, hehe;;;
Not (usually) a Premium member, but I don't mind it much. My dog is adorable and my friends are crazy, and I guess I am too for loving them so much. I'm slowly improving on my stubbornness and drawing skills, as well as my dislike of talking to others. Feel free to say hi though, I won't bite~ I'll just say lots of stupid things =w=;;;
